From acoustic artists & bands to a day time coffee party showcasing the talent of local DJs from Canada - we are thrilled to move you from morning to night on Saturday, September 27th.

Why 528? The 528 Hz frequency, often referred to as the "love frequency" or "miracle tone," is believed by some to have various benefits when used in music. It is known to:

  • Reduce stress and promote relaxation

  • Enhance creativity and clarity

  • Improve mood and positive energy

  • Promote spiritual awakening and awareness

  • Offer a better sleep experience

** while we believe these benefits to be true, it’s always a good idea to approach these concepts with an open mind, but your own personal discernment . **

ayurveda

Ayurveda is a 3,000-year-old holistic healing system from India that promotes balance and well-being through personalized diet, lifestyle, and natural therapies. Rooted in harmony with nature, it helps you nurture body, mind, and spirit for lasting health.

fascia release

This workshop will showcase dynamic stretching, partner-assisted movement, and fascia education, integrated with breath and subtle energy work to increase mobility, emotional release, and embodied awareness.

cardio kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is an empowering movement practice that blends rhythmic strikes with flowing, high-energy sequences. Rooted in strength and intention, it helps release built-up stress, awaken inner power, and restore balance to both body and mind.

sound baths

Immerse yourself in the soothing waves of a sound bath, a meditative experience where you are enveloped in the healing vibrations of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. As you lie comfortably, the harmonious sounds wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a heightened sense of well-being. 

somatic release

Somatic release is a therapeutic approach that helps you unlock and release physical tension and emotional trauma stored in the body. Through techniques such as gentle movement, touch, and guided awareness, somatic release encourages you to listen to your body's wisdom and facilitates healing from within. This practice can lead to greater body awareness, emotional freedom, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Meditation is a timeless practice that cultivates inner peace, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to oneself.

 

This practice can take many forms, from mindful breathing and visualization to guided meditations and mantra chanting.

reiki

Reiki is a gentle healing practice that channels universal energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing. Through light touch or hovering hands, it helps restore balance and emotional well-being.
